So I went and checked out some of Queer City Cinemas tonight. Common Weal (where I work) was one of its sponsors for tonights screenings which were geared towards queer youth. There were some pretty damn fantastic films. But by far my favorite was a little short by Modern Family Productions and Jamie Travis called the Saddest Boy in the World. It was AMAZING! If there are any film festivals going on in your part of the woods...definitely see if this film is playing. You wouldn't want to miss this one.
